Taco Bell

One of the few that still serve chili cheese burritos!!!! Stopped in on a road trip, restroom was clean, staff was super friendly! Also, veggie power bowl is a great high protein option.

Closed before 9pm today. Drive through and dine in. There are some ladies working here who keep a pretty good shift, but the past few months seems super bumpy. Hopefully they can iron it out and get rid of that guy with the hot ideas like shutting down half the make surfaces before dinner rush keeping people waiting for food an hour, and trying to be sneaky about shutting down lobby early.

Wouldn’t waste my money on the new toasted chalupa.

Doesn't help to claim to be open late if the staff wont take your order. Tried to go through drive through at 11:07pm on 2/1/2020 but no one came on the speaker to take order. Drove to the window in case there was a issue with the speaker system, saw a worker walk past the window and not look. Honked horn but he ignored us and went to the bathroom.

Fast food at its core. Probably the best dollar menu in fast food. Easy to fill-up and save some cash.

Drive thru line took forever to get through! It was like they had the milk the cow for the cheese they needed before they slaughtered it for the meat type of SLOW! I asked them why it took so long after finally getting to the window. They're reply was that they only had 3 people total who showed up for work. One was a no call no show and the other was out sick. This was the Taco Bell on the service road West of Six Flaggs on 8-25 @ 7:30 pm.

Food good and service is good. I always feel the store could use a little more cleaning in the eating area. Not the fastest location either. I still eat there but it’s an average store.

Amazing they had the kids & I come inside during a major thunder storm.

Nov 18. Fairly fast inside today and food was good. Seems to be improving here. Staff were friendly 😊Nov. 2. Back to being turtle slow inside. Food was good, but took too long.Oct '19. Now the drive thru is slow. Staff seems lethargic and listless. Feel sorry for the kids; it's like they lost their last friend.I worked in fast food when I was a punk kid. Don't recall being depressed and forlorn like today's kids.Aug '19. Went inside the restaurant and stood there for 10 minutes and nobody would help me. Take my advice and go through the drive-thru.

The service is fast and the food is decent. It’s always sloppy though. Here is my tostada. Very sloppy and thank God i had a fork.

It's a Taco Bell which means they're very hit and miss.This one is a really big hit, being close to Six Flags might have something to do with it but I will have to say some very good positive things about this one.The bathroom is clean and the mens had a baby changing table, that right there gets three stars.The main lobby was clean and stocked.The workers behind the counter was nice and understanding that the hungry toddler needed his food.

Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes

First time order with the e-system. Which was nice, but service was slow

Food is good outside drive-thru window area is disgusting dirt trash all over it's like no one ever cleans the drive-thru area

I was impressed with how fast and good of quality my food was. I ordered and my food was ready under two minutes. Also, that’s one clean Taco Bell. I was impressed with how well it was managed with only two staff there. The front cash chick was also very friendly. Well managed place.

Usually open till 12pm but for the last week have been closing at 8pm. Way to run a business, I will take mine elsewhere.

Nice and slow when there's only one other customer at the entire building. Left without getting anything even after waiting because apparently slightly torn money is Unacceptable(not my fault, that's how it came into my possession). A little tape can fix a tear. White Castle took my torn cash no problem though.

It’s your average Saturday night....Taco Bell in Eureka is closed. Why? Not sure. There’s 2 cars in the lot but the doors are locked and all of the exterior lights off 🤷‍♀️

The "new" $1 Stacker......leaves much to be desired!!!In no way are you getting anything like in the commercial....deceptive advertising!!!

Quality has improved as well as portions...seems like a little more expensive. Mango tea ROCKS!

I am giving this Taco Bell 5 stars because it has offered something I have never seen any other place do. While on a trip to Eureka to drop off a camper, my dad an I stopped in for lunch. After ordering my dad asked if they give a military discount? The young man behind the counter said "yes we do, it's 100% off." We were both shocked. Thanked him several times and told him how much it was appreciated they honor the military at this restaurant.So, I would give them 10 stars if I could just for the love they show to all the military personnel!!

This is always my favorite taco bell They actually make food the way its supposed to be.

Why are the employees inside refusing service at 8pm on a Tuesday? It’s sketchy that they’re blocking their own drive through lane and all inside. as if to be just refusing to work. Very confusing.

Food is normally good but the last time not so much. They do have quick service and friendly people working there.

Yumm! Their breakfast crunch wraps are fantastic! Tip: try combining bacon AND sausage (4 stars because not everybody likes Pepsi 🤢)

Terrible. And definitely not "Mexican" like Google labels it as. Not even "Tex-Mex". It's Taco Bell. Need I say more?

Amazing people here! They paid for my lunch when I unexpectedly came up short. Instead of embarrassing me or making me feel worse about the situation an easy, generous solution made by the kind girl working that morning made the whole thing a joyful visit. Thank you so much! Joe and Allyson

They might hand out the food before paying. I was thinking about teaching the girl working the drive through a lesson when I had my cash in hand and she just gave me the food before paying. I waited their for a minute and she didn't understand what she did. I waived the cash around to show her I have not paid yet. It took her a minute to figure out what she did.

Like six flags understaffed so they are closing inside at 8 and drive-thru at 9. Nothing posted about closing early just locked doors at 8:01 with customers exiting told not to allow any one else in. Plus steep incline in an out so scraped popup tow behind hitch while leaving.

Friendly. Tasty. Can't beat the $1 menu.

That was very friendly very knowledgeable of the menu and then adjusted to order just so that you would like it the way you liked it

Never know if your .40 up charge lettuce will be on order or not. Same with sour cream. One time I got a chicken quesadilla with no chicken. Manager would not make good. I went customer rage. Couldn’t believe it. I did eat the lettuce sandwich because I was hungry but please wouldn’t it be better to help your customer? We’ve been customers 20 years. One night we bought $36 worth of stuff and couldn’t even eat it because the taco meat was scraped off the bottom burnt. For my family all of us did not eat it that tells you it was real bad. Unfortunately we still go there

Had to wait at drive through order box for 10 min before order was taken. Love taco bell but this store is terrible. Live close by and it's a constant mistake after mistake. Glad they built a new one not to far.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I have been here multiple times cause I drive past on my way home all the time and every time our food is messed up/missing somthing beans have never not been dry I get it it’s fast food and will not always be the best but my Taco Bell at home is 10 times better tonnight they were closed at 7:30 when there sign said 8 but the website said 1am the lobby and drive thru was closed I am beyond disappointed I will never be back also around 10 people pulled in and out in the 5 minutes I was there and I cannot imagine them being very happy either!🤬

My pizza was perfect. The service was phenomenal.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The morning crew is very quick at getting the food out. Great location - on the outer road of the interstate, close to six flags - almost no wait time!

Be careful and check what you get. They put beef in my 7 - layer burrito. Kept calling and emailing no response what so ever. Worst experience. No regard for anyone

Best Place to eat...just left there and our food was hot, and fresh...also I cannot say enough about this ppace because they take care of the military...they show so much respect and I will always come back!
